Strategic Climate Change Litigation – Over the last few years, litigants have increasingly tried to push the borderline of the law by filing strategic cases to prompt state and corporate actors to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, or to obtain redress for climate damages around the world. This Ph.D. lesson aims to share thoughts on these recent trends in litigation in the climate emergency.

A introdurre sarà la prof.ssa Margherita Salvadori, docente del Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza dell’Università di Torino e discussant sarà il dott. Iury Prado De Lima Muci, dottorando presso lo stesso ateneo.
